A shade that runs crooked usually means the lift cords have stretched unevenly, which we can re-tension rather than replace outright. Cellular and honeycomb shades that sag in the middle typically need their lift cords restrung, a straightforward repair that restores the original look. We diagnose in person before quoting, since what looks like a dead motor is often just a battery or a pairing issue that takes five minutes to fix.
