Drapes

Floor-to-Ceiling Softness, Cut and Hung to Your Windows

Drapery is the one window treatment that’s sized to the room, not just the window — floor-length panels change how a ceiling reads and how a whole wall feels. We work in Graber’s drapery hardware and fabric systems, built to order for your exact rod width and panel fullness rather than sold off a bolt.

Custom Draperies

Built to your exact rod width and floor length, in whatever fabric weight and fullness the room calls for.

Sheer Drapes

Diffuse harsh light into a soft glow without blocking the view — often layered in front of a blackout panel.

Blackout Drapes

Thermal, light-blocking lining built into the panel for bedrooms and media rooms — not a clip-on add-on.

Why Panel Length and Fullness Matter More Than Fabric

The single biggest mistake we see with off-the-shelf drapery is panels that stop short of the floor or that hang flat against the wall with no fullness. Properly fitted drapery breaks slightly at the floor and uses 2 to 2.5 times the rod width in fabric, so the panel falls in soft folds instead of a stiff sheet. Mounting the rod higher and wider than the window frame — not directly on top of it — is what makes ceilings read taller and windows read larger, and it’s a measurement we take as standard on every install.

Layering Sheers, Blackout & Hardware

Sheers and blackout panels aren’t competing options — most bedrooms end up with both, layered on a double rod so the sheer filters daylight and the blackout panel closes for sleep. Blackout lining is sewn directly into the panel for genuine thermal and light performance, not just a heavier fabric. We also fit the hardware to the fabric: heavier blackout and thermal panels need a sturdier rod and bracket than a lightweight sheer, and we spec that during your in-home measurement so nothing sags after a few months of use.

We work with homeowners and business owners alike to design drapery that complements your space and lifestyle.
